Unveiling Print Quotes

Other than branding, my speciality is print design. If you’ve been here any amount of time at all, you’ve noticed I talk about it a lot! I have a print course for designers, I have print related templates in my shop, and I’ve hosted webinars for designers on the topic of print (and have more webinars to come!). I recently wrote about working again with a past client on developing thought print touch points. Here I’ll be unveiling print quotes to show how reasonable purchasing print materials can be! Please note that these quotes only reflect the production, not the design.

Print production can be daunting, and there’s a misconception that it’s wildly expensive. While there are a lot of factors that go into print costs, it’s really not that out of reach! Of course, it’s up to each client to weigh the costs and ROI and make the best decision for their business. Not every client needs print design, but I love it when they do. Print can be a powerful tool in carrying out a brand, connecting with your target audience, and making a memorable impression.

By unveiling print quotes of a few print projects I hope to show just how affordable it really can be! I won’t be revealing the client associated with each print quote to honor their privacy, but I will show a gallery of print projects I’ve worked on.

Note: in the context of this blog, ‘custom paper’ is referring to a paper other than a house sheet. A house sheet is typically a standard stock white paper that is kept in stock and used often.

These are just a few of the many print production projects I’ve worked on! Like I mentioned earlier, print can be daunting but it’s not out of touch for most small businesses. I included the digital printing example to prove that! Every project varies based on the printer, the quantity, printing method, the paper, and so many other factors.
